This was me too but I found a better way to live.

Let me share my journey...
I was on a downward spiral internally. To the outside world, things were great, I had a great career, AMAZING husband, and 4 beautiful children and I seemed so happy and confident!
But at 330 lbs, my body was literally breaking down on me. I didn't have the "normal" ailments you'd expect from someone of my size, HYPERTENSION, DIABETES, HIGH CHOLESTEROL... but my body was giving up on me.
- My knees were in constant pain, I had to walk up and down stairs 1 step at a time and sometimes backwards to reduce knee pain.
- My back was ALWAYS hurting and I struggled sleeping due to breathing issues caused by the excess weight.
- I had plantar fasciitis so badly that I needed cortisone shots every 3 months and the doctor began to discuss a surgery option.
I was becoming immobile. I knew I couldn't do this to my kids, my husband, or myself. What kind of example was I setting for my children?
I’ve been on a diet my entire life and could never lose the weight or keep it off.
When my daughter was born, I realized that I can not put up with this anymore, I was miserable!
This is not the kind of mom I wanted to be! I didn’t want to set this example!
It was not okay to display the message to my kids that “laziness, excuses and being obese is ok”! I had to change NOW!
I could tell that no one believed me because I’d said it so many times before and nothing happened, plus I was ALWAYS on a diet. I used that negativity to help drive me in my journey!
I had found the solution and realized This was something that I COULD CONTROL!
This was something that I COULD FIX!
I NEEDED TO TRANSFORM MY LIFE!
I DECIDED TO STOP MAKING EXCUSES!
I began eating a healthy keto diet that could fit into my busy life so I would actually stick to.
I set Long-term GOALS and TARGETS as well as highlighted specific MILESTONES and NON-SCALE VICTORIES along the way.
